Teddy loves to ride the trains. We have a
Teddy Bear Train we set up in the Living Room every Christmas.
He has his own Conductor's Cap just like the one in the picture
above. In fact, he has loved trains since he was a baby.

We've ridden a few trains over the past few
years and we love it every time. Always fun to watch the world
zip by. hee hee!

Did you know there are many
different types of trains? Old ones and new ones that use
different things to make them run - like coal, steam and
electricity. Every year for Halloween we go to Crossroads
Village and ride the Huckleberry Railroad. There are things
along the way that are made to scare you but they aren't scary
at all. We saw aliens and their space ship, an old Saloon with
old gunslingers, and even a bunch of skeletons holding
instruments as if they are a real band. Naturally all of these
things are made of wood and cardboard but they are fun to
see. There were even train robbers that would have hopped
the train but we were going way too fast for them. LOL We've even ridden the train in a small town nearby
that we could see the countryside. We rode it in the Spring when
all the trees were flowering and they were so pretty. The town
was celebrating the renovation of their Railroad Station and
were giving 30 minute rides for a small fee.

We see lots of things while riding in
Trains. Things you might not see while driving in a car or
taking a walk.

There's just no telling what you might see.
I hope you can take a train ride in the near future to see all
the wonderful things out there. It's lots of fun and I hope if
you do get the chance, you will email me and
let me know what you saw. It's fun to share stories. Don't
forget to take your camera along too.
